Premier Healthcare Staffing's primary mission is to help your facility procure highly skilled professionals to deliver therapy services.

Premier Healthcare Staffing will visit your location to discuss the history of your facility and its' current needs. Together we will devise an all inclusive job description, which details the roles and responsibilities of the ideal therapist.

Premier Healthcare Staffing will reach out to qualified therapists within our database, advertise if needed, screen all submitted resumes, verify related credentials, conduct in depth face-to-face interviews, obtain comprehensive written references from past employers, and set up meetings between the most qualified therapist(s) and your facility.

Following each meeting, Premier will debrief both parties to ascertain if this is a mutually beneficial fit. If so, Premier and your facility will begin the contract phase of the process in order to get your new therapist treating patients. If an ideal candidate isn’t found, Premier will repeat the above procedure.

Permanent Placement:
 Temporary Placement: Short-term assignments ranging from several weeks to several months

Per-Diem: As needed therapists for various shifts

Outsourced: A delivery model similar to our sister company, School Based Therapy Services. Premier Healthcare Staffing will develop and implement an appropriate therapy program for your facility. We will hire staff, schedule therapy, provide therapy, and bill as a fee for service.

*All of our options are contingency based. Simply put, your facility pays no fee unless you hire one of our therapists.
